IT'S SOME KINDA' GIANT PIG...IT'S HOGZILLA!!!!

The giant creatures just keep on coming...

Chris Griffin caused quite an internet stir last year after posting this photo of HOGZILLA. Griffin claimed to have bagged the beast near Alapaha, Ga., last June.

He claimed HOGZILLA weighed over 1000 pounds and sported nine inch tusks. He also claimed to have buried the beast after taking the photo. The speculation raged. Was the photo doctored? Was HOGZILLA a hoax?

Well, the final word on Hogzilla is out.

Experts from National Geographic exhumed the porcine giant and got all scientific on the corpse. It turns out 'Zilla fell a little short of the 1000 pound mark, though he still tipped the scales at a whopping 800 pounds. DNA tests revealed a wild boar in 'Zilla's family tree as well.
